EFace10 is a touchless facial identification terminal featuring ZKTeco’s innovative Visible Light Facial Recognition technology. 

With the latest algorithm and Visible Light facial recognition technologies, the device will automatically perform recognition for a target in a long distance when it detects a human face in the detection distance to deliver better recognition quality in terms of speed and accuracy than the previous near-infrared facial  recognition terminals.  

With the applied Deep Learning algorithm, the pose angle tolerance and anti-spoofing ability against the dynamic environment and various spoofing attacks have been greatly enhanced.

  • Free Delivery : We offer free delivery on orders over $100,000 GYD or $500 USD within 50 miles of all of our locations.
  • International Shipping: We do offer international shipping; rates will vary based on the destination. Duties and taxes may be applied upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer.

International Orders

  • Customs and Duties: International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for details before making a purchase.
  • Delivery Times: International shipping times can vary greatly depending on the destination, typically ranging from 7-21 business days.

Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to ship your order on time, sometimes delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, customs processing, or courier issues). If your order is delayed, we will notify you via email with an updated delivery estimate.


Missing or Damaged Items

  • If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team at 592 223 9666 within 3 days of receiving the notification of delivery.
  • We may require photos of the damaged items to initiate a claim with the courier.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen items after the package has been delivered. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and secure.

Address Changes

Once your order has been placed, we are unable to change the delivery address. Please double-check the shipping address before finalizing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately, and we will try to assist you if the order has not been shipped.
