We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from UNV Guyana, If you are not satisfied with your order, we are here to help. Please read our return policy below for more details.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Eligibility for Returns: Items may be returned within  7 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the original condition, and in its original packaging.
  • Non-returnable Items: Some items are non-returnable, including:
    • Personalized or custom products
    • Gift cards
    • Downloadable software products

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Please contact our customer service team at returns@unvguyana.com or WhatsApp 592 622 1061 within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the return. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions. Please include the RA number in your return package.
  3. Shipping the Return: Once you have the RA number, carefully pack the item and ship it back to us at the address provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
  4. Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear.

Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the item you want. We do not offer direct exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within  3 days of receiving your order with clear photos of the damage or defect. We will offer a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting your returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund after the stated period, please check your bank account or contact your payment provider. If the refund is still not showing, reach out to our customer service team for assistance.
