The controller is intended for organizing an intrusion, fire, emergency and other types of alarm systems at the facility. It can also be used to organize a smart home

  • supports 32 wireless devices (detectors, relay blocks, sirens);
  • data exchange with mobile applications via the server:
    - via cable with RJ45 connector (Ethernet 10 BASE-T) and the provider's network,
    NEW: wirelessly, via 2 SIM cards ( LTE-FDD , GSM/GPRS) from GSM cellular operators. The main exchange channel is wired, followed by SIM1 and SIM2;
  • configuration and control via mobile app and professional CrossARM software;
  • The controller is powered from three independent sources:
    - from an external main power supply with a nominal voltage of 12 V ( not included in the package ),
    - from an external backup power supply with a nominal voltage of 12 V (not included in the package),
    - mains power supply 100-240 V AC 50/60 Hz via mains adapter and USB 2.0 type B port with a voltage of 5 V;
  • Standard size 2/3A rechargeable Lithium Ion (Li-Ion) backup battery with nominal voltage of 3.7V, capacity of 600 or 700mAh;
  • Touch memory input (iButton) for connecting iButton readers or Astra-KTM-S touch memory keypad;
  • 4 programmable inputs (+CON1-, +CON2-, +CON3-, +CON4-) to connect wired intrusion, fire and technological sensors;
  • 2 built-in signal relays with programmable operating modes;
  • The CONx- terminals can be programmed as an “open collector” type output to connect a siren or a warning lamp;
  • NEW: The controller has an external GSM antenna with SMA connector.

Shipping Rates

  • Free Delivery : We offer free delivery on orders over $100,000 GYD or $500 USD within 50 miles of all of our locations.
  • International Shipping: We do offer international shipping; rates will vary based on the destination. Duties and taxes may be applied upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer.

International Orders

  • Customs and Duties: International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for details before making a purchase.
  • Delivery Times: International shipping times can vary greatly depending on the destination, typically ranging from 7-21 business days.

Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to ship your order on time, sometimes delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, customs processing, or courier issues). If your order is delayed, we will notify you via email with an updated delivery estimate.


Missing or Damaged Items

  • If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team at 592 223 9666 within 3 days of receiving the notification of delivery.
  • We may require photos of the damaged items to initiate a claim with the courier.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen items after the package has been delivered. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and secure.

Address Changes

Once your order has been placed, we are unable to change the delivery address. Please double-check the shipping address before finalizing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately, and we will try to assist you if the order has not been shipped.
